Streamelio provides internet radio hosting and streaming-related services.

Service availability is not guaranteed and may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Account Registration

If we receive a valid copyright complaint, we may suspend or terminate the affected Service immediately.

10. Resource Usage

Users may not abuse system resources.

The following may result in suspension:

• Excessive CPU usage.
• Excessive bandwidth consumption.
• Excessive storage usage.
• Activities affecting server performance.
• Attempts to bypass service limitations.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, software, graphics, and text provided by Streamelio remain the property of Streamelio or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

12. Service Suspension and Termination

No refunds will be issued for Services terminated due to violations of these Terms.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected Service during the previous twelve months.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.
